This page explains how Mobel Design Services SARL processes your personal data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project location (optional) and project description.
- Technical data: the hosting provider keeps connection logs (IP address, date, page visited) to keep the website secure.
Use of data
Your data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote and carry out the work. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. Data relating to a contract is kept for the legal period (10 years for accounting records).
Hosting
The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. It uses no advertising analytics tools and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta Platforms under its own terms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@mobeldesign.ch.
